Handwritten notes of Jack Ruby trial juror Allen McCoy. These notes detail McCoy's experience being selected to serve on the jury but do not cover the trial itself. There are 18 pages of handwritten notes. The writing is on both the front and back of the pages and each page is numbered (1 - 36). Jury selection for the Ruby trial began in early 1964. McCoy's notes describe how he was summoned for jury duty in February and how he knew in his heart that he would be selected to serve on the jury for Jack Ruby's trial. McCoy ran out of paper before the trial began. The trial ended on March 14, 1964 when the jury found Jack Ruby guilty of murder with malice.

Carbon copy of a letter to Waggoner Carr from Chief J. E. Curry of the Dallas Police Department. The letter is devoted to a list of evidence collected in connection to the Kennedy assassination. Items include video tapes, microfilm, photos, copies, and laboratory reports.

Photocopy of a newspaper article clipped from The New York Times on December 8th, 1963. The article, which was written by Emma Harrison, states that psychoanalyst Dr. Charles W. Socarides has analyzed the motives of Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby using patterns present in their childhoods.

Report by Captain J. W. Fritz to Chief of Police J. E. Curry regarding his duties, actions and observations the day that Lee Harvey Oswald was murdered.

Report to R. E. Lunday by B. M. Walters concerning a telephone conversation with Mr. James Hacker regarding a plot to kill Governor John Connally. Waters states that a telephone call was received by Detective C. A. Greeson from a Mr. James Hacker at 4:50 a. m., claiming that Lee Harvey Oswald was paid to kill Governor Connally by Jack Ruby. Walters states that a member of the Federal Bureau of Investigation was to contact Mr. Hacker about his claims.

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by P. T. Dean, regarding an interview with Dallas Times Herald reporter Darwin Payne. Dean states that Payne contacted him to verify statements made by him shortly after the shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald. Dean provides the questions and his answers in the report.

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by J. W. Fritz concerning the transfer of Lee Harvey Oswald. Fritz describes the activities leading up to the transfer of Oswald and the various security preparations made to accommodate for the anonymous threat to Oswald and other security issues. He states that they planned to have a police car lead an armored truck as if the prisoner was in it, but they were actually going to keep Oswald in an unmarked police car. He describes what happened when Oswald was shot as he was being escorted to the unmarked police car and the trip to Parkland Hospital.
