Co-directors, Jack Davis and Bill McCarter were presenters at Arts Education Initiative Training Institutes conducted by the Texas Commission on the Arts in San Antonio and Houston.

A proposal forum, filled out by Jack Davis and William McCarter, co-directors of North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts. The forum, Showing Innovation for the title of presentation "Utilizing Local Resources with Corporate Support ." Under project description, the presentation will describe a newspaper project, "Art-O-Gram" initiated by North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts with the Fort Worth Star Telegram and supported by the Burger King Corporation, a collaboration to bring local art resources together.
