The letter is in regards to the enclosed SERC course proposal that was written by Peter Chant, Director of Education Services, Nebraska Educational Telecommunications Commission. Brown would like to discuss this with McCarter at the meeting in Santa Barbara in January and wonders if Vicki Rosenberg will pay for an extra day to plan.
