The memo is in regards to Brown misreading McCarter's previous memo, the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts does not have the $2000 dollars for the up-link. A response letter from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, clarifying the foundations expansion of including organizations into their grantsmanship funding. The response letter goes into details about what the Johnson Foundation looks for when they review the proposals sent to them and have included general points that the organization must meet to even been considered by the Johnson Foundation. The foundation goes on to continue that even if the proposal has merit the foundation does not have the means to fund every program but will assist in finding funding from another source.
