The letter is about a following up from a discussion about the NTIEVA Newsletter between Davis and Rogers on May 10, 1993. Davis makes note about the visual placement of UNT and notes that the Print Shop has agreed on putting the University's name only on the return address. R. Burke regrets to inform McCarter that she is unable to greet the group, but Debi Carl, the museum's administrative assistant, will guide the group along. Burke enclosed ten copies of the Downtown Fort Worth Walking Tour, the Sundance Square brochure, the Sid Richardson brochure, and one copy each of the Sid Richardson Gallery Guide, Ft. Worth Visitors Guide, and the Fort Worth Cultural District Visitors Guide.

In discussion of an upcoming class trip from Plano students to the DMA for a video session. Reynolds writes that the expected trip will take place on March 31, at 10:00 am with a second grade class from Christie Elementary in Plano. The children will first view a video in the school taught by the classroom teacher and art specialist before the museum experience. The two video sessions will be part of a joint Texas/Nebraska teleworkshop that will be broadcast to 19 states on October 7 and 21.

McCarter talks about the success Texas schools had with implementing the eight concepts found in "Educating in a Multicultural World" in their art education.
