Broadus writes that she has spoken with Aileen Horan at the Dallas Museum of Art and has arranged for a free field trip for the class, and that the buses will also be provided by the museum. Broadus hopes that O'Neal will consider this opportunity for her students and to contact her as soon as possible to discuss further details.

A letter from John Paul Batiste, Executive Director at the Texas Commission on the Arts, to Mark Elder, Assistant Vice President of Research at the University of North Texas, about TCA's approval of a matching financial award for $4,422 for the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts grant application. Enclosed with the letter are contracts that must be signed and returned to the TCA immediately. The contracts are for services between TCA and UNT. Batiste notes that the grant is schedule to be paid during the month of September and the Evaluation Report is due on or before September 30, 1992. Jack D. The letter is in regards to their previous correspondence as North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts has sought grant support from the foundation. Beech writes that the Trustees did go over the proposal and has once again declined to commit.
