The back of the bill has a photograph of a large building in the center, "100" printed on the far left and right, and a note on the bottom saying "Cien Pesos."

Letter from Mrs. Sophie Gabrick to the commanding officer of Company B - 49th Armored Infantry Battalion written by Mrs. C. R. Carlson. The letter mostly concerns the status of Gabrick's son, Victor R. Gabrink, also the brother of Carlson; the letter asks for word to be given to them "at your earliest possible moment."

Paper bill worth fifty centavos used by the Japanese government during their occupation of the Philippines from 1942 to 1945. This bill has a picture on the front right of a person riding an animal through a forest of palm trees; there is an ornate design on the back side with double "50" printed on the left and right.

Application for home canning sugar coupons belonging to Mrs. F. D. Wyatt. The text on the back of the slip discusses why sugar supplies are so low; the shortage is partly due to increased need overseas, not as much being brought to the U. S. and people the previous year "over-applied for canning sugar."

Stamp album used for buying and storing war savings bonds; the note on the inside cover says this book will be worth $18.75 when it is completely full of stamps. The cover of the album is patriotically decorated with an eagles at the bottom and a red, white, and blue color scheme; the back cover has an illustration of a patriot holding a musket in his hand and an American flag in the background. Each page on the inside has empty squares to where one places a bought stamp.

Letter from E. H. Saulson, director of the USO Club, to Mrs. W. E. Blewett in Sweetwater, Texas. Saulson discusses a meeting to be held August 25, 1942; according to him, the purpose of the club is "to help occupy time and perhaps develop some way of building or maintaining their own morale as well as that of their husbands." Also included is the envelope that this letter was delivered in.

On the right side of the bill there is a picture of a person riding a horse through a forest of palm trees, and on the left there is a large "X" printed in white. The back of the bill has "Ten Pesos" printed in a large font with an ornate design for a border.

War ration book belonging to Beatrice Blewett of Alexandria, Louisiana; the front of the book has information regarding her address, age, sex, and the signature of the issuing officer. Inside, there are miscellaneous stamps, some having been torn out and some still in the form of sheets.

Certificate presented to Charles R. Griggs by the United States Army appointing him to the temporary rank of corporal of "Company C, 58th Inf. Tng. Bn." The rest of the text explains that he shall adequately perform the duties of that rank and be obedient to order given to him that a corporal must follow.
