He exposes the differences between "our" democracy and other nations that call themselves democracies: "This is the real difference between us and the other nations that call themselves democracies because no where else in the world is there such a reservation of power in the people themselves and such a recognition of the significance of the individual man and woman." He makes referrence to Weatherred and advises of the probability of a new governor making an appointment to the vacant Senate seat.
