The pre-postage paid stamp reads in red: "Help Stamp Out Cattle Thefts Brand Your Cattle As Evidence of Legal Ownership". Postmarked in red: "Fort Worth Tex. Apr 27' 70 U. S. Postage 30 PB Meter 300530".
