Membership Ribbon for the U. G. W. Of A, Local Union No.130. The U. G. W. Of A is the United Garment Workers of America. The ribbon is blue and black in color with gold fringed trim at the bottom.

The front part is sloped and has four coin slots of difference sizes labeled (left-right): 25¢, Conscience Fund, 5¢, 10¢ Daily. There are panes below the slots; the left one is blank, but the right slots display the numbers "2" and "5." There is a lock on the bottom where the coins can be removed.
