A paved road sits front of the green lawn of the courthouse while a sidewalk runs parallel to the road, one section breaking off to lead up to the courthouse's entrance, which faces towards the right edge of the photo. The entrance of the building includes stairs leading from the ground to the front doors, which are shadowed by a brick overhang supported by two columns on either side of the stairs. The rest of the building is also made of bricks and is constructed in a rectangular shape with a flat roof. Four rows of windows set into white frames span the sides of the courthouse, with the bottommost row positioned just above the ground while the topmost row consists of smaller windows. At the center of the front wall of the building, near the roof's edge, is "Camp County Courthouse" written across stone blocks set amongst the wall's bricks.
