Interview with Louise Travis, a resident of Baytown, TX since approximately 1920. Mrs. Travis discusses the early history of Cedar Bayou, including businesses, commerce, law enforcement and recreational activities, and meetings of the Ku Klux Klan and early storms of the area.

Interview with Jimmy Carroll, an early resident of Baytown, Texas. Carroll explains how he came to Baytown from Houston in 1919 to work at the Humble Refinery, and continues to describe the early history of the refinery. Carroll continues on to share stories about safety and working conditions as well as segregation and the Ku Klux Klan.

Interview with Boyd Lamb. He answers questions about his life before enlisting, life on the USS Tennessee, and his life post-war.

Interview with Harold Aiken, a veteran of the Korean War from Highlands, Texas. The transcript includes a list of questions and Aiken's responses about his service in the U.S. Army (1946-1949) and impressions while stationed in Korea. While in the service, Aiken served as a truck mechanic for the 7th Division.

Interview with Antonio Amador, a veteran who was wounded in action as a sniper with the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. The transcript includes a list of questions, which include a focus on Amador being shot and his experiences while serving and back at home.

Interview with Charles Albright, a U.S. veteran who served as part of the 69th Engineering Topographical Company during the Korean War. The transcript includes a brief list of questions with Albright's answers about his impressions while serving.

Interview with Gary Anderson, a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard from Wausau, Wisconsin. The transcript includes a list of questions about Anderson's time as a medic in the late 1970s in Baltimore and Houston, where he was part of the 389th Transportation Battalion, as well as his opinions on Desert Storm and September 11th.

Interview with W. R. Barker, a veteran who served as a combat engineer with the U.S. Army in the South Pacific during World War II. The transcript includes a conversation with Barker as he talks freely about his time in basic training at Camp Cook, when Bob Hope visited jungle training in Hawaii, and interactions between U.S. soldiers and the native islanders. He also discusses the Marines mission on Pelilu Island and meeting his brother in the Philippines.

Interview with Vaughn Bercaw, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force from East Lansing, Michigan who served in Germany during the Cold War and Thailand in the early days of the Vietnam War. Bercaw describes his training in basic aircraft weapon systems and experiences on various missions in both wars, including life upon returning to the United States.

Interview with James H. Gilbert, a member of the 1st Airborne Cavalry, 82nd Airborne Division during the Vietnam War. Gilbert gives lengthy answers and descriptions concerning his time in Vietnam, action he saw, weaponry, etc. Gilbert also shares some memorable stories, and his feelings towards the war as it was happening and in hindsight.

Interview with Clifford Warren, a POW in WWII. He describes life in the POW camps and the status of life in Japan during WWII.
