Friday Night in the Coliseum is a short film featuring wrestling performances recorded at the Sam Houston Coliseum, in Houston, Texas, along with interviews with audience members and wrestling promoter Paul Boesch. The film features many wrestlers who were well-known in Houston, including The Crusher, Nick Kozak, Red Bastien, Dory Funk, Stan Stasiak, Johnny Valentine, Thunderbolt Patterson and Wild Bull Curry. The creation of this film was supported by a grant from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, however, the film never aired on television.

Nichelle Nichols (Lieutenant Uhura) wants you to work on the Space Shuttle Enterprise in this government produced film from 1977. Nichelle Nichols played communications officer Lieutenant (later, Commander) Uhura aboard the USS Enterprise in the Star Trek television series (1966–1969), working to recruit diverse astronauts to NASA, including women and ethnic minorities.

Amateur production about the Italian American experience in Texas that may have been created for the Italian Symposium of Texas in September 1984. This video is the unedited original shots for the completed "Italians in Texas" documentary film. North Texas State University professor Dr. Samuel J. Marino was the lead for the piece, which was based off of Texas Woman's University professor of Government, Valentine J. Belfiglio's 1983 book, "The Italian Experience in Texas". Drs. Belfiglio and Marino traveled to Texas towns that historically had Italian communities and filmed interviews with residents, as well as scenery. At various intervals the video cuts out and goes to a blue screen or a screen with colored bars. Two of these times, one at about three minutes in and then again at the end of the footage, footage from television are played. The first is a scene from "Scarecrow and Mrs. King" and later is the AT&T logo, a McDonald's commercial, and a preview for a miniseries titled "The Last Days of Pompeii" that is voiced-over with a news announcement. The main piece though is made up of various takes and clips that went into making the Italians in Texas film.

Video recording of President Hurley's address to the future chancellor of the University of North Texas. This video footage was included in the UNT time capsule buried on campus in 1988 to commemorate the University's final name change from North Texas State University. The time capsule was opened on its scheduled date in 2015.

Video recording of the Columbus Quincentenary featuring the Niña, Pinta, and Santa Maria on Galveston Island. The festivities were held over five days, March 25-29, in 1992. The video includes shots of the replica Niña, Pinta, and Santa Maria caravels, a rigging display by the 'crew' of the ships, and a shot of the beach from where Samuel Marino stayed for the trip. There is also footage of a speech and presentation by Vicki Winick - the Galveston Mayor, a speech from Texas Chairman of the Jubilee Commission Nick Lampson, and video of the presentation of an award to the Spain '92 foundation members.

A video that documents four milestones in open heart surgery originally performed at the University of Minnesota hospital: Atrial Septal Defect (1952), Ventricular Septal Defect (1954), Tetralogy of Fallot (1954), and Ebstein's Anomaly (1964). The video features an interview with C. Walton Lillehei, Ph.D., M.D., Professor of Surgery at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, and archival footage of the procedures.
