Most of the students are women, and many of them are wearing mortarboards. The dormitory is a four-story wood frame building with dormer windows on the third floor and gables on the fourth. Five ladders lead from the second floor balcony to windows on the floor above. A smaller, one-story building is visible at the right rear.
