This home movie documents the Anderson family's travel and vacations in the Southwest region. The film begins with a trip to HemisFair' '68 and Sharon's birthday dinner. The film continues with the ruins of the Tassie Belle Blast Furnace in New Birmingham and the Mission San Francisco de los Tejas (7 min., 28 sec.) , an unidentified downtown area (11 min. 22 sec.), a Valentine's Day celebration (12 min., 14 sec.), a trip to Salado, Texas (13 min. 28 sec.) and The Alamo (17 min., 48 sec.), and concludes with a visit to historic sites in Vicksburg, Mississippi (19 min., 23 sec.).

This film includes footage of Doug and Jeff observing various attractions at the State Fair of Texas including the amusement park rides at the The Midway and the Cotton Bowl and riding slides. The film concludes with cheerleaders performing gymnastics routines in fast and slow-motion on a football field and a fireworks display.

This film, referred to within the Denton Chamber of Commerce Collection as both "Dynamic Denton" and "We've Got Go," is the product of a promotional campaign organized by the Denton Chamber of Commerce. The film was made to show to industrial prospects, service clubs, and other local organizations. Production began in February 1968 and continued in locations around Denton until late April 1968. The soundtrack to the film is the 1967 promotional LP produced by the Chamber of Commerce, "Dynamic Denton in Sound and Music." The film was shown to the Chamber of Commerce in the spring of 1968 and had its local debut at the Campus Theater in August 1968. Screenings of the film, both locally and nation-wide, were accompanied by a musical performance by cast members. The film shows a group of young men and women driving a Volkswagen convertible and stopping in various locations. The footage includes musical performances by North Texas State University Lab Band, choir, The Serenaders, symphony orchestra and symphonic band as well as The Choraliers from Texas Woman's University. Also included is footage of university students in a laboratory, Dr. Pauline Beery Mack (TWU) discussing her work with NASA, Dr. C.L. Littlfield (NTSU) …

In 1968, then-Vice President Hubert Humphrey won the Democratic Party’s nomination for president and embarked upon a national tour to build support for his candidacy. Included amongst the many stops he made were visits to Fort Worth and Dallas, captured in this footage. After landing at Carswell Field, Humphrey visits with several Texas politicians, including Governor of Texas John Connally and United States Congressman Jim Wright of Fort Worth. He then delivers speeches at a public rally and a campaign dinner. Next, Humphrey flies to Dallas, where he speaks at another campaign rally. First Lady Lady Bird Johnson also makes an appearance.
