Interview with John Ruddick concerning his experiences while employed by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) during the Great Depression. Ruddick worked at a camp in Brownwood, Texas (Company 849). Interview includes information on Ruddick's parents as well as his life before joining the CCC and an appendix.
