A book order pamphlet that features printed on its exterior the front and back covers of a book titled, "USAF Handbook 1939-1945", by Martin W. Bowman. The pamphlet was mailed to Francie Meisner Park and has a message written on the bottom, outside edge that says, "Mailed in England 7 Apr '97 rec'd in Mesa AZ 7 May, I am Included, Pages 159, 160, 167", in reference to the book printed on the pamphlet. The book's publishing date and ISBN number can also be seen written on the bottom edge. A note can be seen on the inside of the pamphlet under the listing of another Bowman book about Stearman aircraft that says, "see page 76 Francie Meisner Park, WASP WWII".
