Deed from Charles F. and Florence J. de Ganahl to Edward B. Leigh confirming the deed made the prior day on October 19, 1897; Leigh purchase the land known as "survey No. 38 in section No. 2" for the amount of ten dollars. The second half of the deed, prepared by the U. S. Consul from Tampico, Mexico, acknowledges that Florence J. de Ganahl "acknowledged such instrument to me to be her act and deed, and she declared that she had willingly signed..." Also included is the envelope in which this document was mailed in; it has text that describes the deed inside.

The contract listed the salary and commission terms Belfi was to receive as well as housing and transportation accommodations. The full term of the contract was to expire after ten years on May 10, 1957 and it was signed by both parties and notarized.

Reply by the Black Coalition on Mass Media (BCMM) to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regarding a dismissal of the KAPE radio license. In prior records, the BCMM filed a petition to get KAPE radio off the air, criticizing the San Antonio broadcasters for their poor track record with the African-American community. According to the document, this petition was blocked by KAPE on grounds of being untimely filed. It is the intention of this particular document to refute KAPE and persuade the FCC to accept their original petition.
