The audio quality is very low and it is hard to hear what Beah Richards is saying in the beginning, audio at some points will be loud with workshop attendees laughing.

Dr. Eva Jessye was the first black woman to receive international distinction as a professional choral conductor. She is notable as a choral conductor during the Harlem Renaissance.
