Postcard from Leda Bahl to Mayme Collins in Waco, Texas with a tinted photograph of Buffalo Bayou in Houston, Texas; the photograph shows four boats tied next to one another across the bayou. Postcard from Rose Chamberlin to Junia Roberts Osterhout. The front has three photos stacked vertically. The one on top has buildings in the plains and is a general view of Fort Concho. The second one is the officers' quarters and has a row of stone houses with a road out in front. All the houses have slanted roofs and chimneys. At the start of the road is a fence with an open gate. The bottom one is the soldiers' quarters and has a row of roofs held up by wooden columns, attached to a stone building. On the back, Rose wrote about what she'd been up to and pieces of local news.

In the lower image, a series of covered wagons are being pulled by teams of horses. Text in the center of the image says "Copyright 1907 by Ragsdale" and there are handwritten notes below the image.

Postcard from Rose Chamberlin to Junia Roberts Osterhout. The front has a photograph of a court house in San Angelo with a smaller, older photograph of the building in the upper right corner. The newer building is made out of stone and has tall, arched windows. There is a clock tower in the middle of the building. There are trees around the base. The older version of the courthouse is a small, wooden building with one window in the front. On the front and back, Rose wrote about what she had been doing recently.

Postcard of of the Beaumont County Club house with pier and boathouse in the foreground. The Beaumont Country Club was formed in 1906 on a hill overlooking the Neches River on a hundred acres of land. Printed at the top left of the postcard is "Country Club House, BEAUMONT, Texas." Printed on the back of the postcard is the following information related to the postcard's creation: "Made in Germany. D.J. Hicks, Importer and Publisher, Beaumont, Texas" and "G.A.P.C.M. Co., N.Y." Handwritten on the back of the postcard, "Dear Julia - This is Sunday and we are busy as ever. I will write a letter tomorrow Hoping this will find you well and happy Mamma." The card is addressed to Mrs. Julia Stafford, Meridian Mississippi (Meridian Norman's College).

Postcard of Beaumont City Hall on Main Street between Gilbert and College streets. Two men can be seen standing on the right bottom of the picture. This building was built in 1909 to serve as a cooperative market by the City of Beaumont, but was used as a City Hall and Jail from about 1910 until 1926. Later in the 1920s it was used as a market and at one time went by the name of the Nancy Tevis Market. Printed on the top left of the postcard is "City Hall, Beaumont, Texas.--19." Printed on the back of the postcard is the following information regarding its creation: "E.C. Kropp Co., Milwaukee" and "27097N." The card is addressed to Mrs. C S Browne (?) 111 Long St, West Roxbury, Mass.

Eagan to George Pendexter discussing the recent slow business around St. Louis; Eagan notes that the photograph shows "one of our brave police stationed at a salon after a fire at Paulian building." The windows of the building are blown out and all of the bottles are covered in ice; the policeman is wearing a large overcoat to keep warm.

There are large trees on the right front side of the town, and in the background, small bluffs are visible on the horizon. There is a stretch of open, grassy land in front of a fence that runs through the middle-ground.

Postcard from W. B. Johnston to George Pendexter saying he recently spilled a bottle of something but does have more cards to send out. The photograph shows the "Fire Department Testing No. 1 Auto Engine" in Battle Creek, Michigan; the firemen are surrounded by civilians watching the men pump water through their hoses. The men are shooting the high pressured water streams over a bridge into a body of water.
