Many are carrying umbrellas. On back is a Perry postmark dated May 4, 1910. The card is signed by Mrs. G. Millegan and addressed to Mrs. M. J. Marsh. Green 1 cent postage stamp in upper right corner. This is taken on Delaware on the north side of the square.

This is an early day automobile decorated for the Flower Parade in Perry. There are four women and a boy in the car. A building is being remodeled in the left background. At the right is a man and woman standing under an umbrella. From a copy (1975.178.1318) we know "In car : Dorothy DeLashmutt, Mable Foster, Ethel L. Johnston and Georgia Herndren. " No paperwork was found for this photograph. Information was gathered from a related photo.
