Letter from R. H. Reaves to Perry Sayles discussing a note to be paid that Sayles still owes money on. Reaves asks him to go to the Bank and explain the situation and if necessary to write a check to the Bank for the remaining amount on the note. Reaves tells Sayles to write B. I. Terry to obtain an abstract. Reaves discusses a few ways to pay off a royalty owed.
