Michael, Jeff, and Gwen

Photograph of two young boys and a young girl standing in an exterior apartment doorway in Detroit, Michigan. Narration by Junebug Clark. It has been my contention that we all grew up with or knew these same three friends Michael with tousled hair and well worn play clothing and shoes. Jeff who just came back from the Korner Barber. Neat shoes, wearing clothes perfectly ironed and fresh from his mother’s laundry. Unaware of his popped open fly. And Gwen, the perfect ballerina. I squeezed out four frames making this photo and in each frame Gwen performed a perfect pirouette ending with this pose. Photo by: Junebug Clark. Signed by: Junebug Clark
