The letter is in regards to prior correspondence in regards to Brent Wilson's evaluation on the institute. McCarter appreciates the evaluation and they have already how they have adjusted their activities based on the recommendations. However, there are some criticism to Wilson' evaluation and McCarter feels him and his team have more experience when it comes to specific areas. Attached to the letter is the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts 1992 Summer Institute Evaluation Response.
