The photograph was taken a long distance away, from a street inside a car, and the top part of a driver's side mirror can be seen in the foreground. A white sticker on the front of the photograph has typed text which reads, "Home built by Uncle Pete Rasmussen when he was ginner; later owned by Hans F. Hansen; then Walter Bram who had a repair garage and shop next door [sic]." The shop the text speaks of is presumably the metal structure on the far left, with rusted roofs and a large bush in front of it. To the right of this structure is the main house. It has dark shingles, intersecting gable roofs, and light-colored walls.
