Patch from the Hollywood Park, Texas fire department with a blue background and gold edging. The triangular patch has "Hollywood Park Fire Rescue" written in gold around its outer edge. A smaller triangular golden border contains a red, blue, and gold Florian Cross on a background that is blue on its left side and horizontally split with white and red on the right. The points of the cross contain a Star of Life, "1955", a fire ladder, and cross fire axes. The center bears a green laurel surrounding a silver star. John Butrico, Fire Chief for the Town of Hollywood Park created this patch.

Patch from the San Antonio, Texas fire department. The triangular patch has a dark blue background and yellow edging. A red cross with white borders occupies most of the space. "San Antonio Fire Dept." is written in yellow across the top and bottom edges. The yellow image of a "fire scramble" appears in the center of the cross.The patch was designed in 1970 by Assistant Chief Reyes Lopez, with the assistance of District Chief Roger Rodriguez and Engineer Roger Ojeda. The patch was shaped like a shield to represent protection, the color red represents bravery, the color white represents honor, and the blue background represents devotion to duty

"Rescue" appears in black lettering under the star, and "Fire" appears in black lettering above the cross. "Org. 1966" is written above "Fire Dept." near the bottom point of the patch.

A yellow Florian Cross containing the image of a "fire scramble" appears in the center. The top and bottom points of the cross contain "Fire Rescue," while the other two contain "F. D."

Patch from the Leon Valley, Texas fire department. The shield-shaped patch has a dark blue background with gold edging. "Leon Valley Fire Dept." is written in gold across the top and bottom of the patch. A red and white Florian Cross in the center of the patch has a golden image of a "fire scramble" in the center.

Patch from the Grey Forest, Texas fire department. The rectangular patch has a navy blue background and yellow edging. "Grey Forest Fire Rescue" is written along the top and bottom edges in white. A white image of Texas with red borders appears in the center of the patch and contains a red and black Florian Cross. The cross has "Est 1949" on the top and bottom points, the images of a hydrant, hook, and ladder on the others, and a "fire scramble in the center. A gout of flame appears in the bottom left corner of the patch.
