Patch from the Hollywood Park, Texas fire department with a blue background and gold edging. The triangular patch has "Hollywood Park Fire Rescue" written in gold around its outer edge. A smaller triangular golden border contains a red, blue, and gold Florian Cross on a background that is blue on its left side and horizontally split with white and red on the right. The points of the cross contain a Star of Life, "1955", a fire ladder, and cross fire axes. The center bears a green laurel surrounding a silver star. John Butrico, Fire Chief for the Town of Hollywood Park created this patch.

"San Antonio Fire Dept." is written in yellow across the top and bottom edges. The yellow image of a "fire scramble" appears in the center of the cross.The patch was designed in 1970 by Assistant Chief Reyes Lopez, with the assistance of District Chief Roger Rodriguez and Engineer Roger Ojeda. The patch was shaped like a shield to represent protection, the color red represents bravery, the color white represents honor, and the blue background represents devotion to duty
