The purpose of this report is to present the results of a condition survey performed at McConnell Air Force Base (MAFB), Kansas, during 8-12 May 1972. The three major areas of interest considered in this condition survey were the structural condition of the primary airfield pavements, the condition of pavement repairs and the types of maintenance materials that have been used at this airfield, and any detrimental effects of frost action to the pavement facilities.

Report discussing an experiment in which the abnormal radioactivity of radium-bearing precipitates derived from oil-well fluids taken from more than 60 oil and gas fields in Cowley, Butler, Marion, Sedgwick, and Greenwood Counties of southeastern Kansas were studied.
