Patent for improvements in animal-poke by providing a device which is arranged for convenient application to an animal, so as not to interfere with the grazing and drinking thereof, and will effectually prevent the animal from destroying fences and also from pushing and fighting other stock. This design consists in "[t]he combination of the flat bar having its upper end bent at a right angle, and having the outer end of the said bent end bent upward, and provided with a screw-threaded perforation in its lower portion, the sliding block having a slot near one end, an upwardly-projecting tapering plate at its other end, and having a set-screw entering the slot, and the screw turning in the perforation in the lower portion of the bar, and having its inner end reduced and pointed" (lines 67-77).

Patent for an irrigation system that has lockable valves and will not freeze in the winter.

Patent for a handsaw attachment that gauges the depth to which one wishes to cut. It is a bar with an extended foot and clamping devices for attaching the device to the top and handle of the saw.

Patent for udder protectors for milch (dairy) cows. To keep foreign matters from contact and to keep the udders warm for the animals' comfort, including illustrations.

Patent for improved rock drilling and well boring machine.
