This design consists "of a frame having a bar extending thereacross with integral arms at right angles thereto, having outwardly turned sharpened ends to form a means of attachment, and a carrier proper depending from said frame and consisting of an elongated loop and an upper eye having the juncture of the two extended inward to form a projection to narrow the opening between said loop and eye, the parts of said carrier proper being of integral rigid structure" (lines 78-88).
