Combined Automatic Vending and Money-Changing Machine.

Patent for an improved combined automatic vending and money changing machine. It has "a locking mechanism constructed to lock said article and change-delivery mechanisms when a coin inserted by a purchaser is of less value than the article desired by him, and [a] mechanism for unlocking both of said delivery mechanisms while the purchaser's said coin remains in the machine and adjusting bot of said delivery-mechanisms to thereafter deliver an article corresponding to the value of said coin" (line 1-10).
