Strong Mid-Depth Currents and a Deep Cyclonic Gyre in the Gulf of Mexico

Cooperative Research to Study Dive Patterns of Sperm Whales in the Atlantic Ocean

Idle Iron in the Gulf of Mexico
Offshore structures are required to be removed within a year after production ceases and recently the Minerals Management Service has asked for removal of structures no longer "economically viable."
