Modeling the Structure and Performance of Integrated and Independent Producers in the Gulf of Mexico OCS Region
Major oil and gas companies are shifting to foreign exploration and production, which is leading to smaller companies ("independents") playing a larger role in domestic exploration and production. This report addresses concerns about independent companies producing oil and gas less aggressively and less efficiently to assess their productivity.
