Bill introduced by the Texas House of Representatives relating to the designation of the portion of U.S. Highway 84 in Freestone County as the Trooper Damon Allen Memorial Highway.

Patent for a new and improved brace for shoes and boots. This design "relates to a brace adapted to be applied to boots and shoes, and is designed as a brace for the counter, heel, and instep; and it has for its object to provide a brace . . . which shall be simple in its construction, one that may be readily and easily applied, and manufactured and supplied at a slight cost" (lines 9-16).

Patent for a brick machine that is "effective, yet simple and durable, machine especially adapted to receive bricks from a stiff-mud mill and re-press them and also to provide a means whereby the machine will be automatic in its action." (Lines 7-12) Illustrations included.

Patent for a new invention of a "reverse draft gas producer in which a clean and pure dry gas can be obtained from lignite or low grade fuel, and especially adapted for use in connection with explosive engines" (lines 11-14).

Patent for a hand mixer, which can be operated with one hand.

Patent for a Pneumatic Tool that is capable of operating automatically at a very high speed." (line 20)

Patent for a portable dairy that consists of a frame with legs, a pan at the top of the frame, a tube that goes from the bottom of the pan and through the middle of the frame, a perforated bottom for the dairy, a cloth that surrounds the dairy while still allowing for air circulation, and the cloth goes into the pan.

Patent for a new and improved sweep-plow. This design is "to provide a sweep-plow especially adapted for the cultivation of cotton and to so construct the same that the blades or wings thereof may be adjusted for the purpose of plowing between rows of various widths" (lines 8-13). It consists, "with the sweep curved in cross-section to form the central shovel-receiving seat, which is slotted opposite the rearwardly-disposed triangular sides or flanges, which latter are perforated near their lower ends and provided with their upper ends with curved slots, with which the perforations are concentric" (lines 55-62).

Patent for new tire-bolting machine with "a unique assemblage of component parts, to enhance the utility of the structure, and the apparatus being improved generally to increase the efficiency thereof." (lines 16-19) , including instructions and illustrations.
