Patent for an overcoat that is "so constructed as to keep dry the legs of the wearer; which is adapted to shed water from horsemen; and which is of the usual external appearance and will not impede or interfere with the locomotion of the wearer" (lines 9-24).

Patent for a new and improved churn dasher. This design, "[a]s an article of manufacture, [consists in] the conical or concavo-convex churn dasher having a circular rim, the air cups or cells, the arms, and the raised nave or center portion, all of concavo-convex shape in their transverse sections" (lines 28-33).

Patent for a new and improved platform for harvesters. This design "has particular reference to the platform thereof or that portion designed to receive the grain as it is cut by the reaping mechanism; and among the main objects in view is to provide a platform located in rear of the reaping mechanism that is capable of being contracted and extended, and also to provide other parts that may be withdrawn inward, whereby the machine, as a whole, is decreased in width, and its passage through farm-gates from field to field and over unbroken ground is facilitated" (lines 11-22).

Patent for a device exterminating boll weevils and other insects, which infest cotton and other crops. The device produces new means for producing fumigating gas, and its delivery mechanism. An improved driving mechanism for the device, which connects to a blower, is also part of the patent.
