Federal Reserved Water Rights and Groundwater: Quantity, Quality, and Pore Space
This report discusses Native American tribes rights to groundwater on tribal land and the recent Supreme Court decision to not review the decision of the Ninth Circuit Court which upheld the groundwater rights of a California Tribe.
