From Introduction: "The purpose of the present report is to present a comprehensive summary of theoretical investigations of comprehensible laminar boundary layers which have been carried out since 1949 at the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn under the sponsorship and with the financial assistance of the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics. The results of these investigations are contained primarily in references 1 to 7."

From purpose and scope: The purpose and scope of this report is to present the factors that have caused the water-table rise in the East New York section of Brooklyn. The rising water table in Kings County is not sudden or new; it has a history of more than two decades. It will refocus attention on the problem of changing ground-water levels in areas where intensive ground-water pumping has ceased or is occurring.

The last of the U.S. Army Soldier Shows "Blueprint Specials" to be published, "OK, USA" is a musical revue on the theme of U.S. soldiers returning to the United States and finding it finding it as foreign and exotic as any country overseas because they have been away and living under extreme circumstances for so long. Like the other "Blueprint Specials," this show includes a complete script (multiple copies this time); a conductor's score and complete set of instrumental parts; a sample program; set and costume designs; and detailed instructions for producing the show using whatever materials are at hand. Unlike the other "Blueprint Specials," it includes no information on the librettists, songwriters, and other staff who worked on the show.
