Tire Shrinker.

Patent for a new and improved tire-shrinker. This design "consist[s] of the block having the perforations . . . mortise-hole, and mortised sockets, [and] curved bar secured to the circular edge of said block" (lines 97-100). Further, it "ha[s] on the outer edge the teeth, the U-shaped clamping-blocks, their bent ends fitting in the mortised sockets and under the curved bar, their mortised ends extending up either side of said bar and beyond its outer edge, keys fitting in the mortise-holes of said U-shaped blocks, [and] kinker-head having the arm extending through the mortise-hole in said bar" (lines 1-10).
