Color photographs of representative thin sections of cutting samples and cores examined for the Missoula/Bitterroot Drilling Project using a petrographic microscope in order to identify major mineral constituents

Series of twenty-six photographs of components at the Aerojet-General Corporation, including entire constructions taken out-of-doors, assembly segments, and individual components. Many of the images are close-ups of specific pieces to show detail; few of the images are labeled, although some have captions or visible tags with part numbers.

Photomicrographs of 59 rock thin sections from shallow sandstone-type deposits in Eocene rocks mined from the Red Desert in south-central Wyoming (see pages 395-402 of report).

Color photographs of geologic maps, Landsat imagery, and density slices for the Montrose quadrangle, Colorado. Also included is a color composite for the COCH-1 classification scheme.
