A) Jacket has notched collar with very pointed collar and large round lapels, left collar point has a large bound buttonhole in it, double-breasted, closes with 2 bound buttonhole and covered buttons, 4 slanted bound pockets: left chest, right waist and both hips, front rounded at hem, back has pointed yoke, long sleeves without cuffs. Cloche-inspired hat of black felt with upturned brim of black Persian lamb wool. Brim is higher in front and tapering to back. Headband of wide, black grosgrain ribbon; unlined. Elastic band for securing hat to wearer's head. Label on inside headband: "Blanche Richmond / Salon des Chapeaux / 711 Church St. / Evanston"
