A) Box style jacket of brown wool gaberdine. Waist length. Single breasted with closure of three circular copper shank buttons and tailored buttonholes. Long modified dolman sleeves with 1-1/2" cuffs and matching button closure. Rolled collar. Lined in light brown brushed wool. Double breasted with closure of 11 circular copper shank buttons and barred buttonholes. Standing collar. Long, modified kimono sleeves gathered at 1-1/2" cuffs with matching button closure. A) Maxi dress of yellow jacquard rayon with paisley design. Floor length; cap sleeves; collar. Center back zipper. Deep inverted pleat in front starts just below the bust. Ensemble of mauve suede and feather-work, consisting of: Vest of mauve suede with elaborate feather-work at each side of center-front opening. Feathers include taupe, brown and silver ostrich plumes, pheasant and small dark brown and white feathers; the designs accented at bottom with leaf appliques in violet fabric and in gold metallic reptile.
