Jumper dress of black wool crepe.

Evening dress of ecru, brown and orange rayon satin with a leaf and flower motif. Full length; sleeveless. Neckline is slightly squared in front and drops to deep cowl in back. Draped shoulders form ties/sash around to center back waist and pass through slit and over cowl to drop down center back. Skirt is straight in front with dropped waist and gathers to two tiers in back giving slight trained effect. Pleated black taffeta under lower gathered tier in back. Left side zipper added at later date.

Dinner dress. Black floral pattern lace over beige lining; long sleeves and floor-length; V-neck; center front ribbon accent (used as belt?)

At-home dress of pale blue net lace. Ankle length. Wide 3/4 length sleeves; deep V-shaped neckline. Center front closure of 8 self covered buttons and loops at waist. Attached belt of matching lace with rectangular buckle. Lined in matching pale blue crepe.

Ceremonial Skirt of ochre-orange cotton with purple stripes and metallic thread. One piece of fabric sew into a floor-length tube, with tripes running horizontally. Textile created on a backstrap loom, design motifs hand embroidered with couched metallic threads, with decorative band of densely-embroidered geometric motifs at the bottom hem.

Man's Pantalones (Pants). Handwoven back strap loomed in cotton. White with purple stripes about 1/2" wide. Hand embroidered cotton design motifs at lower leg. Hand-stitched construction.

Hat of mink. Brimless hat of mink tails, the crown slightly peaked at center and with tails laid to radiate from center of peak to outer edge. Lined in a light brown satin. Label: “D’ Marque / New York” Union label.

Separates set of maroon mercerized cotton(?) knit, most likely handmade. a) Beret-style hat with hatpin. b) Sweater blouse with collar and button closure at neckline, long sleeves. c) Cardigan with collar and button closures along front placket. Long sleeves; patch pockets at sides. d) Skirt with elastic sewn at waistband. e) Belt with square, self-covered buckle closure; 1" wide.

Man's coat of raccoon fur. Full length, with shawl collar. Two outer pockets trimmed with raccoon tails. Double-breasted center front opening with 8 round 1 1/2" leather covered buttons with loop closures. Long sleeves, with inner ribbed knit(?) cuffs. 51" from center back neckline to hem line. Upper lining of brown silk (?), and lower section lined with plaid wool. Inner pocket on left side. No labels in garment. Name inked inside inner pocket: "Ellison"

Heeled evening slippers or pumps of peach satin. Designed with pointed toe, the plain uppers have a simple seam/stitch along squared edge of vamp which runs horizontally to meet the sole near heel. This seam gives a "two-tone" effect to the satin as the light hits it. The 2 1/4" high modified French heel is covered with the same satin. Designer's label inside right shoe: "Paul's / Aristocrats / Hand Made / Turn-Sole" Stamped inside right shoe: "Narrow Heel Model / Hand / Made / Turns / Sta-up-arch / No / T" Written inside: "055 18304 / 0102"

Cloche hat of black felt. The domed crown has a shaped lower edge, and a small brim that turns up and back to become vertical against the crown at front, and flares out slightly at sides and back. At side is a spray of black ostrich feathers. Inner black grosgrain ribbon hatband. Maker's label sewn inside: "Model / by / Hatty's / Paris / New York"

Cloche-style hat of light green open-weave horsehair. The domed crown has extending "brim" which is very short in front, descending downwards, and longer sections at side and back, also descending downwards. Hat has a hatband of pinks and beige pleated satin ribbon which is inside crown, but visible through open weave. Ribbons emerge at back of hat, forming a bow with trailing ends. Hat is unlined, with an inner green grosgrain hatband.

Sailor style hat of rust colored straw with yellow and white daisy-like flowers on flat brim. Olive green satin ribbon as hatband ties at bow in back. Unlined with black grosgrain inner headband. Label on inside hatband: "Norma's / Creations / Dallas"
