Systemic signaling during abiotic stress combination in plants
Article reveals that plants can integrate different local and systemic signals generated during conditions of stress combination. Furthermore, results show that the specific part at which plants sense the two co-occurring stresses makes a significant difference in how fast and efficient they acclimate.

On the standard L-function for GSp2n × GL1 and algebraicity of symmetric fourth L-values for GL2
This article proves an explicit integral representation—involving the pullback of a suitable Siegel Eisenstein series—for the twisted standard L-function associated to a holomorphic vector-valued Siegel cusp form of degree n and arbitrary level.

Infinitely Many Solutions for a Semilinear Problem on Exterior Domains With Nonlinear Boundary Condition
This article proves the existence of an infinite number of radial solutions to Δu + K(r)ƒ(u) = 0 with a nonlinear boundary condition on the exterior of the ball of radius R centered at the origin in ℝᴺ.

Environmental vibrios represent a source of antagonistic compounds that inhibit pathogenic Vibrio cholerae and Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains
This article predicts that marine-derived bacteria should inhibit Vibrio pathogens and may be a source of unique antibiotic compounds.

Existence and Nonexistence of Solutions for Sublinear Problems With Prescribed Number of Zeros on Exterior Domains
This article proves the existence of radial solutions of Δu + K(r)ƒ(u) = 0 on the exterior of the ball, of radius R, centered at the origin in ℝᴺ such that limᵣ→∞u(r) = 0 if R > 0 is sufficiently small.
