Featured speakers are Bill Nelson, President of the Dallas Gay Alliance, and Ohio State Representative Don Gilmore, sponsor of the Quarantine Provision proposal legislation being introduced to the Ohio legislature. Gilmore speaks in support of quarantining AIDS victims to their home or their car, and considers AIDS a "social disease." Bill Nelson speaks against the quarantine and in support of education and further scientific research. The original handwritten diary has been transcribed and images of subjects mentioned are embedded in the text. In the diary Nelson details his sightseeing trips in France, as well as his romantic and sexual encounters with men.
