The machine on the road has two tall wheels and has a canopy covering the cab. The machine next to the road has smaller, spoked wheels and a barrel shaped cab. There are two more machines in the background of the image at the end of the road. The road is made up of light colored gravel that has strips of solid material on the edge of the road to hold the rocks in place. The desert around the road is flat with no grass and there are mountains in the background of the image.
