Photograph of a paper flag for the Black Panthers. The flag has an illusion of a black panther ripping out of the flag. Diagonal lines with stars cross through the flag, and the states Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama are written on each side along with the quote "move over we're coming through" on the bottom section.

Glass Axe

Clear glass axe or hatchet, made at the Libbey Glass Company display as a souvenir of the 1893 Chicago World's Columbian Exposition. One side of blade with relief inscription "World's Fair / 1893"; other side of blade with relief portrait of George Washington, and inscription "The Father Of His Country". Handle with relief inscription near base: "Libbey Glass Co / Toledo, Ohio."

Bracelet: World War II Souvenir (Italy)

Aluminum bracelet formed as 1 large and six small oval plaques joined by flattened links. Large plaque with engraved images of eagles framing a view of the bay of Naples, inscribed "NAPLES". Other links with engraved views of various locations in Italy and one with a view of a camel and a palm tree labeled "AFRICA". One link with date 1944.

[Frame with pressed edelweiss]

Image of a frame with pressed edelweiss. The frame is an oval shape painted royal blue with gold gilded flourishes and outer rim. On the inner rim of the frame are raised gilded dots. Inside the frame are three pressed edelweiss flowers which have stems that have been discolored with time. At the top is a label for ownership. Mrs. N. H. Dole is likely Helen B. Dole who was one of the translators of the novel "Heidi" by Johanna Spyri from German to English. On the paper backing is illegible, faded text.

[Carved wooden clock]

Image of a wooden clock, stained a dark brown and carved to look like a bird house with leaves on each side and a bird at the top. The face of the clock is black with white tick marks and white circles for the numbers. The place where number six would be is instead replaced with a hole to the inside. At the bottom of the clock face is "Germany", presumably where it was made.
