Comparative Ultrastructural Study between Young and Adult forms of Trypanosoma Lewisi
The purpose of this study was to examine the ultrastructure of both young (dividing form) and adult (stationary form) of Trypanosoma lewisi. Changes observed between the two forms of the organism were related directly to data obtained from previous comparative biochemical studies conducted on these forms of Trypanosoma lewisi.

A Multiphasic Study of the Interaction Between the Branchiobdellid Cambarincola Vitrea and its Crayfish Host Procambarus Simulans
The host-parasite interface between the branchiobdellid Cambarincola vitrea Ellis and its crayfish host is investigated along ecological, ultrastructural, serological, and endocrinological lines of evidence. Monthly analysis of a natural branchiobdellid from a vernal habitat demonstrates the annelid to be particularly sensitive to changes involving both the physical habitat as well as the host crayfish.

Isolation and Partial Characterization of a Bacterium Which Gives Off Filtrable Cells
The present study was on the isolation of a bacterium capable of producing filtrable forms which passed through the 0.45ยต filter membrane and regenerated the parental form; the testing of the true filtrability of the isolate; the relationship between growth of the isolate and appearance of filtrability; partial characterization of the isolate and visualization of the elements that passed through the membrane filter with electron microscopy and shadow casting technique.

Primary Productivity and Nutrient Relationships in Garza-Little Elm Reservoir
A large, multi-basin, reservoir (Garza-Little Elm Reservoir) in north central Texas was studied to determine the relative effects of various parameters on primary productivity. The basins were impounded several years apart, thus allowing the influence of age on water chemistry and biota to be considered. Another principal influence on water quality was secondary sewage effluent that entered one basin from a nearby source.
