Presentation examining the deployment of The Keeper App, developed at the University of North Texas (UNT) Libraries, to help students document their daily lives as members of the UNT campus community. Deployed one year before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world, the Keeper App soon became a means for students and other members of the UNT community to share their experiences from isolation during the time of crisis.

Cataloging not only facilitates discovery but also provides information needed to track usage, create programming, generate recommendations, and support collection development. It was presented at the 2022 UNT Equity & Diversity Conference held on March 23, 2022.

Presentation with speakers' notes describing the Trans Accessible Libraries Initiative at the University of North Texas Libraries. This initiative uses findings documented in recent studies addressing information seeking behaviors of transgender persons and their perceptions of the library to provide more equitable access to their services and collections. The presentation shares the needs assessment, collection development process, promotion and outreach, and next steps related to this initiative in hopes that other libraries can modify them to serve marginalized populations in their communities.

This poster presents results, workflows, and process insights into an Open Access publication review of UNT-affiliated authors. Publication data from 2019-2021 of UNT-affiliated authors was reviewed for the purpose of including it in the institutional repository, UNT Scholarly Works. It was presented at the Texas Conference on Digital Libraries which was held virtually May 23-26, 2022.

Presentation provides an overview of the structure upon which modern library resource description is based, and we will highlight the difficulties of imposing this description standard on music for which it was not optimized, using examples from the Grateful Dead repertoire. It was presented at the Southwest Popular/American Culture Association's 44th Annual Conference held in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
