He also mentions a proposed quota for funds raised in San Antionio and offers to make reservations for Kempner at the Hotel Austin for the meeting if he desires.

Letter from William M. Nathan to I. H. Kempner explaining that he had been dealing with an intricate personal matter and had not had time to reply to his past two letters. He explains that he would like to have to have a meeting soon to reignite productivity in some smaller towns. He also mentions that the United Jewish Drive is distracting from their fundraising especially because they did not get a brochure out in time. Last, he tells Kempner about his plans to continue solicitation for the Hillel Fund.
