Letter from I. H. Kempner to Chauncey D. Leake discussing the "Princeton Plan" for faculty housing. He describes the plan as one where a group of investors acquires land and builds housing. A corporation is formed that issues bonds to finance the project. The property taxes are exempt, and any profits are used to pay off the bonds. Eventually, the property is transferred to the city. He asks Dr. Leake if he can find more details about the plan.
