Postcard addressed to Katharine Bahl, "Mrs. J. P. Bahl", of Waco, Texas, from Harry Bahl in San Antonio. Harry states he is having a "good time" and anticipates he will be home soon. The front of the post card depicts a large pagoda at the Japanese Tea Garden in San Antonio. At left, people walk past footpaths lined with ferns onto stairs that lead to the leftmost wing of the pagoda. Along the bottom of the picture is a lower section of the park, below the pagoda, which contains more pathways, stone walls holding garden planters, and an arched stone bridge over a calm pond lined with bushes and flowers.
